I am now the trustee of a supplemental needs care trust my now-deceased parents established for my disabled sister.  Am I able to file the Form 1041 electronically each year using TurboTax?

You can e-file with TurboTax Business but be advised that the product does not support fiduciary income tax returns in all states.

The supplemental needs care trust is established in Maine.  I, the trustee, live in Massachusetts.  What do you mean by "fiduciary income tax returns"?  I receive no income for this responsibility.

I mean that if you need to file a state return, TurboTax Business does not support all states.
