IRA

I have 2 form 1099R. Both are IRA distributions. 

One shows up on the form 1040 as and IRA distribution The other shows up has a pension distribution.

HOW DO I OVERIDE THE ONE THE PENSION LINE AND MOVE IT UP TO IRA   LINE 4B AND REMOVE IT FROM LINE 5B

Are you sure the other one is from an IRA?  Could it be from a 401K or annuity?  Check the 1099R.  There is a little IRA checkbox between boxes 7&8.  If that is not checked then DO NOT check it.
