My electronic form was rejected for not having a IP PIN will i need to get a IP Pin for all my children

Most taxpayers don't need one, however, if you received an IP PIN or CP01A notice from the IRS in the past, you must use your 2021 IP PIN to validate your identity when you file your 2021 return. I did receive anything from the IRS and I've never had a IP PIN before my electronic return was rejected because I didn't have a IP PIN so I got one from the IRS and it was rejected because my wife didn't have a IP PIN. But nobody can tell me if I need one for each of my kids also I don't want to keep submitting the return only to have it rejected
Only taxpayers need a IP Pin, the children do not need one.
