Re-installing 2020 desktop turbotax on another laptop - error received while trying to download state forms

Computer issue forcing me to re-install on another device. I need to go back to 2020 yet while the SW installs well, the activation key works, the update of my CA state forms fails.

No specific error message, just a ask to search the community...

Did Intuit stop supporting 2020 already?

What to do here?

Yes---TT has stopped supporting or updating 2020 software.
