Received this error code. I have received a transcript of my 2020 Federal Return. The AGI on my 2021 TurboTax forms match, yet I still get the same error after deleting the AGI amount and re-entering it. I cannot find another error. Also, both spouses PINs are correct too.

It is possible that the IRS does not have your 2020 AGI in their database.
Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return again.
Thanks. I got the IRS report on last years filing and it has the correct amount. I checked the Turbo Tax line 11 amount and they are the same. It still won’t work.
Please see this Turbo Tax help article.

Your response(and your online video) are worthtless. I too have a copy of my 2020 IRS transcript. We have filed our taxes married, filing jointly for 37 years. Nothing has changed on our filing status. I checked my 2020 return and the IRS transcript for 2020 and they both show the same and correct AGI for 2020. I still do not have an answer of why my return was rejected. The IRS help line I was given by a Turbo Tax specialist did not help. The IRS is overwhelmed and they are asking me to call back everyday. No support from IRS no support from TurboTax. I have reviewed the online video and the online support from Turbo Tax. They address and incorrect entry of prior year AGI NOT what happens when you verify the correct AGI and still get rejected. Is the only answer REALLY to snail mail the return??? This whole issue seems nonsensical and clearly flawed. If the notice is sent because of a non matching AGI and you can prove the use of the correct AGI, what to do next!!! Totally PO'd and dissappointed in the IRS and Turbo Tax "Help"!!
There could be a mismatch of data within the IRS database. Because of this, the return will be rejected each time and you will have to file by mail. For more details on this, please see the Help Article here.
Don't be frustrated like I was when you encounter this error after multiple tries with entering different AGI numbers to correct the problem. The following steps will resolve this efile issue;
1. Create an account with IRS in IRS.GOV for both you and your joint filer, if you already don't have one. (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p5507.pdf)
2. Generate IP PIN in for your IRS accounts for both you and your joint filer. (https://www.irs.gov/iden[product key removed]-scams/get-an-identity-protection-pin)
3. Update your IP PIN in your tax return for both you and your joint filer. This can be done via Federal Taxes- Other Tax Situations menu - Other Return Info - Identity Protection PIN - in Turbo Tax.
4. Review your return in Turbo tax and make sure your form 1040 form has the IP PIN filled.
5. efile your return.
Cheers.
Since the actual error code and description are "IND-032-04 - 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database," the IRS software must be comparing prior year AGI & PIN info in the IRS's e-File database to that same info in this year's "Return Header" and finding a mismatch. So... what exactly is this "Return Header," and what info is included in it? I don't think there's any prior-year spousal AGI info in the return itself (it's in unsubmitted worksheets), so I'm guessing TurboTax extracts it from last year's e-filing and attaches it (with other data) to this year's e-filing as part of a "Return Header" as an identity verification tool. TurboTax, is there a way a user can see the "Return Header" being submitted to the IRS along with their return? I don't mean a description of a Return Header -- I mean the Return Header itself. I assume the info in the Return Header is accurate, but it would be nice if users could confirm this themselves. Who knows, maybe seeing the Return Headers would allow users to catch mistakes they themselves have made. Signed, a long-time TurboTax user who happens to be from the Show-Me State.
Entering zero worked for me. I even checked my IRS transcript, which matched what I had been putting in that kept getting rejected. Friggin IRS can't get anything right.
