JP Morgan Securities was added today. To proceed, you need to click "Get Your Activation Code" on the bottom yet that is not something you can click but only words. Design flaw?
I just had success finally importing the documents after many attempts that failed. Not sure if it will work for all but worked for me the two times I tried. Once at the point of importing the documents, rather than using their page that pops up saying “let us enter your investment sale info”. At the screen asking if you received a 1099, I went to the “File” command in the header and chose the import tab there. Then followed the screens as normal. Not sure if it’s a bad link inside the program or something. This was on a MacBook if that has anything to do with it as well.
Lucky you! On a mac too, it doesn't have a clickable icon for the "generate access code" still so I can't use your clever workaround. TURBOTAX PEOPLE - help?

I'm having the same problem too. I called both TurboTax and Schwab, and they said the same thing: "it's a known problem that affected all Schwab customers on Friday, and now only Mac users are still affected by the problem". They hope to have it resolved the issue resolved in the next day (or so).

I had to log into my Schwab account and make sure my Schwab settings allowed for 3rd party integration with TurboTax (which they were).
@mamatriagain2 I’ve already done that a couple times and still no progress. Guess I’ll just keep trying. Thanks for the information.
Clearing my history/cookies in Safari solved the problem.
how many times do ya'll need to try in order to have it work? My problem is that I didn't want to try too many times due to being locked out for whatever stupid reason the software login bug is doing LOL.
