Import 1099 from Bank problem

1/ Why 2023 TurboTax version required to log-in intuit before log-in my banks for import tax forms? Does intuit recording my records without my notice?

2/ All previous years TurboTax version allowed one log-in to my bank and tax files were import no issue but this year 2023 TurboTax Deluxe version kept giving me error?

Are you using the Online version or the Desktop program?  If you are concerned you can enter the 1099 manually.  Should be easier and faster.

Mine is desktop CD Windows version. Using Windows 10 OS.
