If my wife makes separate Medicare payments are they deductable in TT and where?

My wife does not receive social security so she has to make separate payments in order to receive Medicare.

Are her Medicare costs deductible and wherein TT do I enter her payments?

Medicare payments are entered as health insurance premiums in the Medical Expense section of the program.

To enter your medical expenses -

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Deductions and Credits
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Scroll down to Medical
• On Medical Expenses, click the start or update button
