If my taxes got rejected will I still get my stimulus check

Even though your taxes was rejected you still get the stimulus you just have to wait it takes a little time for them to upload the information into the system but check back keeps cracking that's what I did a my taxes was rejected to but I still qualify for the stimulus

No all you need is your social security number date of birth and your address and zip code

Even if your taxes got rejected you still qualify for stimulus is just taking the IRS a long time to get everybody information in the system check back from the date you started and it should be there I did mines on the 6th and I just got a date so give it some time and check it later in the week .my status Kept saying payment not available and then when I checked again today it was there so just wait it out it'll be there

My taxes were rejected because of the PIN number. I went on their website to try to retrieve my pin. I put all my info in and it told me. The info was not correct. It locked me out of the system. Is there anyway someone can please help me. Will I still get my stimulus check in. Is there a number I can call to talk to a turbo tax agent. Than you for your help.

Unfortunately you can’t. I have been searching for weeks to resolve this problem for myself

@Vwaggner nothing we can do. My sister, my best friend & myself are all having the same issue. There is a “get my pin” section on IRS.gov but it’s pretty much useless. I’m sorry but I think we’re screwed unless they do something to fix this problem for us.

@Jayz015 @This is NOT true. If your return is rejected the IRS does not have you on file to receive your check. Also paper returns will not be processed as of last week. Other issuers with PIN problems. I’m in the same boat and from everything I’ve looked up we are screwed!!!!

@Tiffanyb24 - if you filed in 2018, you are fine.  Also, it's the amendments they are not processing; the regular returns continue to be processed

 @Granny_846  AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return.  Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018

My taxes was rejected and I still got my stimulus and even so you could go on the IRS to non tax Filer and file for the stimulus but have you already did the stimulus application on TurboTax and they told you you was accepted then you're going to get it cuz I got mines

@NCperson I paper filed 2018 the beginning of March 2020. They are not currently processing ANY paper mail including returns & amendments. This is according to IRS.gov. I tried to e file the non filers form for 2019. It has been rejected because I don’t have this years IP PIN. I have my 2017 & 2016 PIN but never received 2018 or 2019. So frustrating!

@Benecio  @If you did not file 2018 & need the PIN to e file 2019 unfortunately yes. I’m have the same issue with the IP PIN. So is my sister & best friend. Without it your only option is to print and mail in your forms. I make 2018 return in beginning of March. They haven’t touched it. Still not show as received. Same for my mom.
