If my residency was in Tennesse and my taxes were being done in Maryland. How do i file my taxes using a Tennesse address?

Explain..."my taxes were being done in Maryland..." What do you mean? Were you working remotely from TN? Did your employer withhold MD state tax?

Just use your Tennessee address as your Mailing address in your My Info section. The IRS wants your address where they can contact you if needed.
