If I only made 260 dollars in capital gains, do I report it?

I was checking if I owe taxes and turbotax said I don't owe any taxes. I've checked other websites and they said the same thing.

yes you have to report any capital gain. it is important.

read the 1040 filing instructions to see if you have to file. starts on page 9
