If i need to set up a payment plan for taxes owed can I still file through Turbo Tax?

You can file Form 9465 (Installment Agreement Request) in TurboTax to set up a payment plan with the IRS:

To get to Form 9465:

Select File on the left
Select Start next to Step 2: Your refund/payment info (you might need to complete step 1 to activate step 2)
Select See all payment options
Select Request an IRS payment plan on the screen that says How would you like to pay your federal taxes?
Continue.
