If I am paying for TurboTax Live Premium, why can't I speak with someone via chat whenever I have a question? Why do I have to receive a call? Whats my $$$ worth Turbo?

To start a chat in Turbo Tax:

Click the Help icon in the upper right corner.
Click Ask a question.
Enter a starting question.
Initially this will be answered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), but a real human chat tax expert will take over the chat as soon as possible.

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

There's no help button in the upper right hand corner to open a chat. Waste of time.
