I would like to cancel full service it’s not helping me.

You asked how to cancel.  I have cleared and started over six times now.  I am googling how to transfer away from turbo tax.  between the upselling, and the start free, sorry,  you need the 150$ service it is ticking me off.  the left side bar has an item change service and you can upgrade, downgrade or clear and start over. coming up on my seventh clear and restart.  I thought it was so easy last year, I had better check last years return.

I just filled my return with Turbo Tax and was charged a $209.00 fee for "TurboTax Live Assist". I neither requested this nor did I receive it. I would like to have that charge removed.

You can review your fees in TurboTax online as follows:

1. Go to the left side of your screen under "Tax Home"
2. Go to "Tax Tools" then "Tools"
3. The "Tools Center" Box will pop up
4. Click on "My Fees" to see a summary of your Turbo Tax Fees.
