Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I was told when I filed my taxes that when I was being charged it would come out of my taxes, I was recently charged to my bank account. Is that normal? Never paid before

I've never had to pay to file before so I'm not sure what's normal. I also have yet to receive my taxes, state or federal.

Yes, it us nomal.  When you signed up for the serice, part of the explanation, and theree were follow up emails on this, is if your refund was not issued in 26 days, TT had the right to debit your bank account directly for the fees it was due.
