No. But you might be able to transfer an electronic pdf file from it. How to transfer into Turbo Tax Online, including from a pdf file or other software or from the Desktop program
You may be able to import a PDF of your 2019 return into Turbotax 2020, but it will only import basic things like name and address and dependents, and not complicated things like depreciation or carry-forwards.
With turbotax online, you can use the "Live" version that gives you live online chat access with a CPA or enrolled agent. (You can see them but they can't see you, only hear you, and they can see your return and offer advice and guidance.). It's the most expensive version, naturally.
With the regular versions of Turbotax online, you are entitled to phone support to help use the program (technical questions, web site issues) but not for tax questions.
If you buy Turbotax to install on your own computer, you are entitled to phone support that includes limited tax help, but the phone numbers require patience, usually you can expect to wait on hold or request a call back.
This forum is available 24/7 to post questions and most of the time, the users here can give good answers. The forum is staffed by volunteers currently but Turbotax will start adding their own paid employee experts in January.
