I uploaded my 1099-INT form through the browser, and the values were imported correctly but not added to my income for 2024, the column still says $0.00. Why?

My 2023 values are shown in the column for 2023, but the value for 2024 was not added to the 2024 column in the "Your income and expenses" table. I believe this is a software bug, as I did get $3.3k in income from taxable investments.

Did you import your 1099-INT Form? if you did, try deleting and entering the form manually.

  1. Open or continue your return.
  2. Select  Federal, then Wages & Income.
  3. Scroll down to Interest and Dividends, then select update next to Interest on 1099-INT
  4. On the screen Let’s finish pulling in your investment income select the trash can next to the 1099-INT.
  5. Click on Add Investment then skip import

In TurboTax Online:

  1. Select  Federal, then Wages & Income.
  2. Scroll down to Investments and Savings (1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-K, Crypto)
  3. On the screen Let’s finish pulling in your investment income select the trash can next to the 1099-INT.
  4. Click on Add Investment then Enter a different way
