I trying to find out if it was nessary to join credit carma app to transmit tax forms to irs or if I created that account unnecessarily

Credit Karma is now a Intuit product, so we have offered it to our customer as a bonus. You can learn more about Credit Karma by clicking here.

You did not have to create an account to file your tax return.
