I transferred 2 529 accounts from 1 financial institution to another

I transferred two 529 accounts from one financial institution to another and received a 1099-q where box 4 is checked for trustee-to-trustee transfer.  Do I need to load this information into turbo tax?  If so, where?

Yes, you will have to enter form 1099-Q in your tax return.

     Go to the search box and type 1099-Q

     Click on Jump to Form 1099-Q

     Complete the Form 1099-Q
