I filed 2021 online last year without a problem. Now the TurboTax app and website are only directing me to purchase software.

Sorry it is too late to file or start an Online return. You need to use the Desktop program and mail your return now. You will need a full Windows or Mac computer to install it. You can buy the Desktop programs here,

I completed my 2023 taxes on TurboTax then filed for an extension to check something before filing. I never filed and need to but I can't find the completed return/docs?
