Give it a couple more days.

There could be a delay on either side, your bank posting the withdrawal from your account or, most likely, the IRs or state behind processing returns.

We are having the same issue and cannot find anywhere on the TurboTax website or tax return that shows where we selected direct debit with the date. Please help! I do not want to pay twice.

Each state has its own procedures for payment of state income taxes. Some states don't accept payment through the tax return. Check your state tax agency's website for their policy.

To see what payment method you selected for the state, review your copy. If you didn't save or print all of the supporting schedules, go back to the Print Center and select "all forms and worksheets".

If you don't see the debit in your bank account 7–10 days after your return has been accepted, contact your state tax agency.  See this help article for more information.
