I recently bought and downloaded 2018 home and business. When trying to fill out tells me forms aren't yet available. It updates every time I open. Why.

All of the forms for 2018 are available. I suggest you clear the cache on your computer to see if that helps. Also, if you have another computer available, try loading up the program on that computer.
