I received two 1099-DIV's for the same investment account. The Payers name and FIN are different as are the amounts in the boxes. Do I need to report both?

Yes, you received two separate dividends in your investment account and you need to enter both forms 1099-DIV on your tax return.

I had the same question, so that answers my first question. My second question is, one of the two 1099-DIV's that I have has a Canadian Payer and address listed. Turbo Tax will not allow me to enter the Canadian Zip Code with letter (M5J2Y1). How do I work around that?
