I pay spousal support in Pennsylvania. Can I deduct this on my taxes as alimony, or is alimony different?

At the suggestion of management, I have revised my original post to reflect when the the tax law changed and that spousal support and alimony are the same thing.

The simple answer is No. Because pursuant to section 11051 of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) law relating to the taxation of alimony or divorce settlement was amended.  It is not deductible in Pennsylvania either. This change became effective Jan 1, 2019.

To clarify, spousal support and alimony are the the same thing used in different words.
