I own a time share that is pad off. I only pay maintenance fees on even years. Is there anywhere this should be accounted for on the return?

No, maintenance fees are not deductible. Only mortgage interest and property taxes are deductible on a timeshare. Since yours is paid off, there are no deductions to take.
