I need to change my husband's armed forces status. When I click edit on the appropriate section, the armed forces question is not shown. Help?

The screen where you enter anything about being active duty military is in My Info.   Click edit by his name in My Info and go through those interview screens again.

I've tried.  I cannot get back to the original interview questions, I can only click edit from the sections on the summary page.  Upon clicking edit on the section with the incorrect information, the information does not show and there is no way to change it.

What exactly are you trying to change, from what to what?

When you click Edit for your husband's personal information, the first screen has his name, Social Security number, etc. At the bottom it asks whether he "Served in the U.S. Armed Forces." (You might have to scroll down to see the question.) Is Yes or No selected? If you select Yes, the subsequent screens will ask about all the details of his military status.

Right.  I'm trying to change him from no to yes.  When I click Edit, I see his name, SSN, the question about being blind, and NO question about armed forces.  I think there must be a bug because in a prior section, about my filing status, the header says Marrying Filing Separately, but then the content says Married Filing Jointly and Married: No...which clearly makes zero sense.  I'll contact TurboTax.

Have you tried deleting him and re-entering his information from scratch in My Info?

Did you change your filing status from Married Filing Jointly to Married Filing Separately (or vice versa) and then change it back? Doing that causes problems that can't be fixed. The only way to fix it is to clear your tax return and start over from scratch.
