The TurboTax online editions for tax year 2018 are closed.

Use the worksheets in the IRS Form 1040-ES to calculate the 2019 estimated taxes - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040es.pdf

Note - the 4th quarter estimated tax payment for 2019 can be paid at any time on or before January 15, 2020
