You can request a transcript from the IRS
1) ask her for a copy or access
2) get your lawyer to require her to provide one
3) get a transcript from the IRS
4) pay the IRS for a copy

For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
did she get your approval to file the joint return?
if you're allowed, contact her, and let her know she could be in big trouble. that may get you what you want.
if not you can file form 3949-A with the IRS for fraudulent activities. you may have to prove she did not get your consent because filing this form without justification will cause you big problems
