I got a message that my stimulious payment would be deposited into my greendotdirect deposit on 4/30/20. Account ending in 1413. I dont know. If its lost or why its not in my account. Please help

Do you recognize the account number indicated? Have you contacted your bank?
If you don't recognize the account number, and your bank cannot provide any additional information it is possible there is an error in the rest of the account number. If that is the case, the payment will be returned and then the IRS will issue a check instead.
Unfortunately there isn't any source for additional information beyond checking with your bank and what you see here.
I reconize the last 4 # of my account. But cant see the rest losing hope but its with greendot cash app they have no record of it thank u
Its. Been 2 weeks w status not changing still waiting on payment. I filed on 4/17/2020 as a non filer
