I just Download the form 1040 and fill up with my computer but the thing is what to write in if I didn't have income.
There is anyone can help me to fill out the form 1040 for my tax return 2021 that I can get my Economic Impact Payments please.
The IRS sent me a notice. They have not received my tax return for 2019. Please advise.
@454766226 Did the notice from the IRS say you did not file a 2019 tax return or did it say you did not pay your 2019 tax owed? Only your own bank or credit card records can provide proof that you paid your tax, if that is what the notice is about. If you did not file your 2019 return then it has to be filed by mail. It cannot be e-filed. You have to print it, sign it in ink, and mail it in.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.

You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment. For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.
