I made it to the File section and it says there are 3 steps left. Number one is to review your order. I click start and nothing happens? Now what??

I made it to the File section and it says there are 3 steps left. Number one is to review your order. I click start and nothing happens? Now what??

I've experienced a few glitches today as well.  Have you tried to try save your file, close the program and reopen it?
