I made a payment to the IRS how do I get past step 2 "your tax payment info" when I click continue it sends me to a payment page

You have to select how you want to pay the federal taxes owed in the File section of the program.  If you already paid the taxes owed on the IRS website then choose to mail a check for payment.  After e-filing your tax return, do not mail a check.

When TurboTax asks you how you want to pay your tax bill - answer, I will mail a check.  This will stop TurboTax from asking you about the tax payment information.  If you are using online, there is a screen to pay your taxes and then another screen to pay your TurboTax fees.
