I'm trying to add my 1099-INT information but my bank, Capital One, won't populate as a financial Institution. What do I do?

Enter interest income in the Search box locate in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to interest income

On the following screen, click on Yes

On the next screen click on Continue

On the screen labeled Let's import your tax info click on Change how I enter my form

On the screen labeled How do you want to add your 1099‑INT? click on Type it in myself

The solution of typing it in yourself defeats the purpose. Intuit needs to resolve the import not populating issue ASAP. Please anyone else with this issue, please comment.
