I'm stuck in the Step 2 filing loop, please help!

I've cleared my cache/cookies and tried incognito mode. nothing is working. i've also tried to file on my mobile device.

I'm stuck in the Step 2 filing loop, please help!

Some customers are experiencing issues when trying to file but are looped back instead of being able to proceed and file.  We are currently investigating this issue. We will notify you once the program is updated.
