I keep getting rejected due to 2018 AGI... I file join return with my wife. so both of us has the same AGI is that correct?

Yes, you both use the same AGI from your 2018 tax return.  You use the full amount of AGI for each of you do not divide the amount in half.

Of course I didn’t divided and I used the same amount and got receipted

then I used The AGI on myself and zero for the spouse and it accepted for the federal and pending to state so far. Very strange.

I actually re-efiled twice using the same AGI for both and got rejected twice. I changed the spouse to zero and I got approved right away and pending the state now
