IRS Form 8828 is not supported by Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax does not include Form 8828, Recapture of Federal Mortgage Subsidy. Please see the following Turbo Tax FAQ:

You will need to report IRS Form 8828 in a TurboTax Desktop product. Follow these steps.

Click Forms in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Select Form 1040 Schedule 2 down the left hand side of the screen.
Report IRS Form 8828 amount on line 17b.
Click Step-by-Step in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
