I haven't received stimulus payment though am eligible. How can i complaint to IRS?

I filed 2019 taxes.

I know my credentials are eligible for Stimulus payment, however i don't received it yet, though i received my tax refunds. How can i reach out IRS on this issue.

I visited all of these. As as said am sure eligible, and i have others same as my credentials ((AGI and immigration status etc), received payments but not me.

If you have filed your 2019 return, received your refund, and you are eligible for a stimulus payment based on that return, use the following link to check the status of your stimulus payment:

 

 Get My Payment

 

If the 'Get My Payment' application does not give you information about your stimulus payment, you can contact the IRS by calling 1-800-829-1040.  Be aware that there may be long wait times when calling the IRS due to reduced staffing during the pandemic.
