I have recieved a settlement check and attached to it is a miscellaneous income, but it has a section that says allocated amount, amount 1099, amount w-2, and so on ..where would I put that at?

Your W-2 should already include the amount allocated as wages.  The Form 1099-MISC amount is entered separately under Other  reportable Income if it is not considered wages.
