You can add up the winnings on all forms W-2G from the same casino and enter the total as ONE form W-2G. Keep all forms W-2G in your tax records for at least three years.

SO IF I HAVE OVER A HUNDRED CASINO W2G FORMS I CAN TOTAL ALL OF THEM UP AND ENTER IT ON ONE FORM?

Only if they are from the same casino with the same EIN.
