I have installed the software multiple times. How do i get started?

there is no installation for online. everutniing is done through the online connection.

if you installed a desktop version, there should be an icon on the desktop that you double-click on to start.

What did you install?  Was it the CD or the Download program?  Did you get it Activated with the 16 digit License Code?  Why did you need to install it multiple times?  Are you on Windows or Mac?  What do you see on the screen?
