I have completed my taxes, but TT won’t let me file electronically, saying the zip code for the Salvation Army is not correct even though I used local zips

Try logging out of Turbo Tax, clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies.

See the TurboTax Help articles How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for guidance.

Then, close your browser, re-open it and go back into Turbo Tax.
