i have all of federal info but i dont know how to apply to 1040 form

If you are using turbotax online, log into your account and start your return.

If you have already started a return, pick up where you left off and folllow the conversation.

If you still don't know what to do,

Click on "Personal Info" it is located at the top left of your screen on the gray bar.

Click the "Continue" button.

Follow the conversation.  It will walk you through all the steps needed.
