If that is the refund on your tax return and the IRS approves it then yes you will get it in your bank account if you enter your bank routing number and bank account number.
The IRS won't open filing until Jan 27, 2021 then it might take a long time to process all the returns.
Refund from what? Your 2020 tax return? 19,000 seems like a lot. Is that the refund on 1040 line 35a? Or federal and state combined? Federal and state come separately at different times.
That’s just federal tax refund only So my question is will that be the total amount to be deposited into my bank account ?

Oh, it could be less if you have the Turbo Tax fees deducted from it or the IRS keeps part of it for something you owe like back taxes or child support.
Oh thanks for the heads up I hope I get it because I did everything right
That seems very large. Did you have that much withholding taken out of your W2 and 1099 forms? You can't get that much back unless you first paid in more than that. Did you make any estimated payments? Better double check every line and amount on your return before you file. Compare it to last year. Hope you didn't make a typo and enter an amount wrong.
Before filing, You can preview the 1040 or print the whole return
