Same thing happened to me. Sadly i had to opt of if the advance and just do direct deposit and it worked. It’s sucks but at least i was able to finally submit them.
Make certain you're following the steps listed in the following Help Article: How do I fix a rejected return? If you continue to have this issue, reply back and we can further assist you.
Yes it works now but now I’m having a problem with for 1095-a I’m getting error code f8962 I spoke with several workers @ Turbo tax they troubleshooted with me and had me even delete the forms clear my cookies & clache, and it’s still getting rejected and I don’t even need the for it’s a two question form first question asks did you receive unemployment for 2021 I answered yes cause I did and the second question ask did you receive a 1095-a from marketplace I answered “NO” and it keeps switching to “yes” and that’s why it’s rejecting it. Guess it’s a bug in there system. ☹️
It appears you have attempted several times, unsuccessfully, to e-file your return. Moreover, you believe you have correctly selected "no" to the question ''Did you receive a Form 1095-A?'' When you select No, TurboTax will revert your selection back to Yes.
The reason you can’t change your response to NO, is because the 1095-A as well as Form 8962 are now included in your return. But, if you do not have a 1095-A and know you will not be receiving one, you can delete the 1095-A from your return. This will also remove the 8962 and allow you to change your answer to the 1095-A question to NO. If you have confirmed that there is no 1095-A available from the Marketplace, follow the steps below.
To delete the 1095-A from TurboTax, when you are signed into your tax return:
You can also delete the form in Forms Mode, if using the desktop software or by clicking on Tax Tools and then Tools, and then 'Delete a form' in TurboTax Online.
Once the form is gone, TurboTax will accept a NO answer and you can then re-submit your tax return. If it is rejected again, please refer try deleting the 1095-A again after February 3rd. There is an IRS processing error occurring now that will be corrected on February 3rd, so try back on the 4th if you don't have a 1095-A and your return is rejected again.
