No. When you e-file it is all sent electronically. Save your documents and a copy of your return for your own records.
As long as the file was transmitted successfully, you will not have to file a paper copy. Use the tab File and the menu Check e-file status to make sure the status is pending on both the federal and state. In addition make sure to print and/or save your successful transmission. If you decide to save the copy as a pdf, please make sure you save, backup, another copy of the return. My preference is to print a hard copy and save the pdf. If you do print, make sure you have plenty of paper and toner fed to the printer.
