I entered my 1099-R, it keeps saying I need to review. However, after I hit continue - it keeps saying it needs Review. Can someone help me?

It shows me where I can make my selection for which year I needed the Disaster Distribution on A of the Smart Worksheet. I select the correct year, and not other options are available to select. I hit "continue" and it still states I need to "review". I'm stuck in a loop.
