Are Aca Marketplace participants the only people that get a 1095-A form to file?

Yes, only people who purchased health insurance through the Marketplace receive the 1095-A. If you purchased Medigap insurance you will not receive the form.

Yes, only people who purchased health insurance through the Marketplace receive the 1095-A. If you purchased Medigap insurance you will not receive the form.
