I do not see any appropriate place to explain a $1400 federal disbursement?

In March 2022, the federal government distributed part of the Biden plan to citizens who needed some financial help. For 2021, I failed to include that money, and IRS held onto my return until October, when I provided additional information based on living outside of the United States.
