I can't get back in to change the one mistake. I don't know how. By the way I am in my 80's so this is very frustrating.

This is mainly a user community forum.  TurboTax Support will not phone you from this public user forum.   You posted your phone number in this public Internet forum, but the forum filter appears to have redacted it for your privacy and security.  Anyone could have phoned you and tried to scam you.  Please do NOT post personal info in this public forum.   If you want to remove it, you can go back up to your question and just to the right of it is a 3-dot icon.   Click the 3 dots and in the menu choose EDIT.

If TurboTax thinks you were finished, but you haven't actually filed yet, you can open up the return to correct anything.  Here's how to get back in:

• Log in and at the Tax Home or in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents" under tax year 2019 you should find a link "Add a State." 
• Click on "Add a State."  That doesn't really add one; it just opens the return back up.
• When the return is open you can navigate to the section where you reported your winnings and EDIT whichever one you need to correct.

Easiest way is to sign in and go to Tax Home. Scroll down to tax returns and documents. Under 2019 you should see a box “add a state” selecting this will easily get you back into your return. Once you select it you then go to the menu and your federal, state, personal info will once again show.
