I cannot apply the fidelity discount of 30%. I'm accessing from Fidelity website (pressing the "save 30% on TurboTax"). Then I navigate to the Review order page and I dont see the discount of 30% on the Premium product. It just shows the original value ($89).

Looks like the problem on Intuit side, not Fidelity's. Others getting same result - see the thread on Bogleheads.
Did you consider the fact that you had to pay state sales tax?
I did. Take another look at the screen shot - it says plus tax. The tax gets added later.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

I was able to resolve it!
You just need to wait until the final step, when you're ready to file.
At that point, log in through your Fidelity account, look for the Discount page (i.e. Search for "Turbotax Discount") and click "Get Started" with the option "I already have an account in TurboTax".
Then, go directly to the "Order Summary" page, where you'll see the discount applied.
